IAT is proud to work in partnership with Bishop Grosseteste University to deliver their Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programme. We offer places for Primary in North East Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire. Our ITE programme provides trainees the opportunity to gain a PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status, comprehensive support and tailored training to prepare individuals for their teaching career. The Trust has extensive experience of working with Initial Teacher Trainees, providing bespoke in-school support to allow trainees to develop their classroom practice.
IAT offer prospective trainees the opportunity to train in host school where they undergo their training, which is a unique feature of the programme.
