Mrs Jennifer Bayley - Staff Governor

I am a class teacher and staff governor at Little Gonerby and absolutely love my job! I’m married to Darren and have two children, Emily, 8 and William, 3. I have been teaching since 2005 and studied teacher training at Bishop Grosseteste College in Lincoln. Every day in a school is different which makes it so enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. I currently teach in Amber class who are year 1. I am also the Religions and World Views and Collective Worship lead within school and a mentor for East of England teacher training centre. I have been working at Little Gonerby since 2006 and have seen many wonderful  changes and improvements within the school. I am excited to be on the governing board and support the important decisions governors have to make. I love working at Little Gonerby and sharing children’s learning journeys with them through real life projects and experiences.
